During check in, I was allowed to only send one bag, I played for two bags. The flight was delayed for 4 hours. I am not sure where to claim refund for my paid bag and for delay compensation.

That was the most terrible flight I’ve ever taken the plane was dirty and both flights from CAI to Tunis and Tunis to VIE started 2 hours later which meant that I’ll have to order another driver to pick me up
