I requested a refund, since I couldn't afford staying in Guernsey in quarantine for 14 days. I sent a message to you, that apparently could not be sent and one to aurigny, now I wait, hopefully not in vain, cause if it is in vain then my experience with you and aurigny is a horrible one obviously.
