Found the flight very good. All staff members very helpful. The only downside is that I unfortunately lost my pandora bracelet on the flight from JHB to Paris.... how do I report this to the right authorities?
In general I found the experience really nice, however I'm not happy with the inexistent possibility of choosing your seat without having to pay. It is already really expensive for not having the possibility of choosing

The flight was cancelled so i got stuck in Charles de Gaulle Airport , and i didn’t get any answer back or someone to find a solution, they just left us there in the airport with no help,
Was unaware I had to pay for my luggage out with that of cabin. It was disappointing as it added another £1 00 To my trip. Although there was some notice on my flight it was not emphasised and is obviously a new ploy by air companies to add to the flight price.best to be upfront as customers like to know what they are getting. I would not have chosen air France but did so as it appeared to be cheaper flight, and turned out to be same if not dearer than other airlines
